Heard learned Counsel for the parties for some time. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is presently sailing on the vessel. Therefore, on instructions of the Petitioner, he submits that the Petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the arrears due towards maintenance within a period of four weeks. In the meanwhile, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondentwife submits that he will take instructions whether the wife is ready to explore the possibility of mediation. In order to enable the learned counsel for the Respondent to take instructions about mediation from the Respondent, list the matter 15th July 2025 under the caption "for directions". 4.

In the meanwhile, the learned Counsel for the Respondent makes a statement that he will not press the Contempt Petition till the next date. The Contempt Petition is likely to be listed on 03rd July 2025.
