For the reasons set out in the Order passed by this Court, today in Writ Petition No.15975 of 2023, this Writ Petition is also allowed on the same terms except that the cost of Rs.25,000/- which is imposed in Writ Petition No.15975 of 2023 is modified to cost of Rs.10,000/- in this matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition No.3178 of 2024 is allowed by setting aside the impugned Orders dated 16th October 2023 and 23rd November 2023 subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.1 within a period of two months from today.
