As the hearing progressed to some length in this matter, we noticed that the parties inter-se have three FIRs pending between each other. Criminal Writ Petition Nos.3762 of 2023 and 3673 of 2023, seeking quashing of FIR, are also pending. 2.

From the tenor of the submissions of the learned Advocates, prima facie, it appears that a purely civil dispute has been brought to the Police Station through the FIR. Gauri Gaekwad

We called upon the learned Senior Advocate along with Mr. B.K. Barve, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Advocate on behalf of the Complainant before us, to see if this issue could be sorted out. Both of them are agreeable to commence discussions and explore the possibility of a settlement. 4.

In view of the above and with their consent, we are listing this Criminal Writ Petition on 26th February, 2025. List Criminal Writ Petition Nos.3762 of 2023 and 3673 of 2023, along with this Criminal Writ Petition on the same date. 5.

In the meanwhile, the parties should make a genuine effort for resolving this dispute.
