Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 7th August 2024 signed by the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2. The consent terms are also signed by the respective Advocates. Petitioner no. 1 and respondent no.2 are present in court. The parties admit the terms of the consent terms as well as their signatures. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute is between petitioner no. 1 and his wife-respondent no. 2. He therefore submits that the impugned order is also passed only against petitioner no.1. They therefore submit that signatures of petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are not necessary.

Learned counsel for the parties further submit that in view of the mutual agreement between the parties, the petition can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" with today's date for identification. Undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to this Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 6.

List the Writ Petition for "Recording Compliance" on 25th September 2024.

The consent terms to be treated as part of the order. Hence, parties would be entitled to authenticated copy of the consent terms alongwith copy of the order.
