2) Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Satish Umare, Police Inspector, submitted that, the Investigation of crime is completed and the Police have filed 'C-Summary Report' on 5th August 2025, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, 67th Court, Borivali at Mumbai. 3) In view thereof, both the Petitions for quashing of C.R.
