This Petition is circulated pursuant to praecipe dated 16th April 2026, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. At the request of Ms. Kalyani Mangave, this Petition is taken up on the production list.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause (a). (a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction thereby calling for the papers, records and proceedings concerning FIR No. C.R.No. 391 of 2023 registered with Bhosri MIDC Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad and after examining the legality, validity and propriety of the same, be pleased to quash the same; Supriya

Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. V. B. Konde-Deshmukh, learned APP for the State does not oppose the request made by Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with the liberty as prayed. If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merit and in accordance with law.

Criminal Writ Petition No.5182 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
