Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that during the pendency of the present Petition, chargesheet is filed. She therefore requests for time to carry out amendment to the memo of the Petition to add averments / Arjun

The request made by Ms. Kalyani Mangave, is not objected to by Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP or by Mr. Rajesh More, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to carry out amendment as prayed and to produce the chargesheet on record. Ms. Kalyani Mangave requests for a time of two weeks to carry out the amendment and to produce the chargesheet on record. Time of two weeks as requested by Ms. Kalyani Mangave, is granted. 4.
