1) Learned APP on instructions from the Senior Jailor of Taloja Central Prison, submitted that, the Petitioner has been released on bail from jail on 29th August 2024, under the Order of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, in C.R. No. 230 of 2016, registered with Rabale MIDC Police Station, Navi Mumbai.

2) As the Petitioner has now been released on bail, he can pursue his remedy independently.
