Heard learned counsel for Petitioner as well as learned APP. 2.

The arguments were advanced on the basis of the statements made in the FIR. At this stage we expressed our disinclination to grant relief. Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that she has some video recording to support her case that the first informant has accepted that she is not sure which dog had bitten her. Learned APP submitted that the investigation is still going on.

Therefore at this stage we are not inclined to give any relief to the Petitioner. However, we are inclined to grant her liberty to prefer fresh

36 WP 5729 of 2024 application as and when the charge-sheet is filed. In the meantime investigation agency can look into the video recording which the Petitioner has recorded and also investigate from that angle. 4.

When we expressed our opinion, learned counsel for Petitioner sought withdrawal of the present petition on instructions, with liberty to prefer fresh application as and when the charge-sheet is filed. Permission is granted with such liberty. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
