1) Present Petition is filed for quashing of F.I.R. No. 143 of 2023, dated 27th April 2023, registered with Kurla Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(N), 377, 328, 509, 420, 354, 120(b), 406, 506 of Indian Penal Code.
2) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. R.Y. Ahire, Police Sub-Inspector attached to Kurla Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed chargesheet in the Court of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla and the same has now been numbered as C.C. No. 2325/PW/2023. 1/2
