No.427 of 2011 and the complaint dated 22nd February, 2023 filed by the Petitioner clearly indicates that, both proceeds on the same cause of action i.e. the allegations against Smt.Kamlabai Gadivadar for forging certain documents to claim tenament which was allegedly allotted in favour of the husband of the Petitioner.
