In these matters, notice was issued to the Respondents vide order dated 28.7.2023. The notice was made returnable on 15.9.2023.

Till today, the spare copies are not supplied and, therefore, the notice could not be issued to the Respondent No.2.

Hence, the following order:

i.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners shall supply the spare copies of the Petitions within a period of three weeks from today.

ii.

If such copies are not supplied within the aforesaid period, the Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. But, if the copies are provided, then issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 21.4.2025.

iii.

Stand over to 21.4.2025.
