Vide order dated 20th January 2025, we had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, under whose jurisdiction, the concerned RTO fell, to depute an Officer of the Court, to lodge an FIR against the petitioner at the concerned police station. The same is recorded in the order dated 20th January 2025.

The learned Magistrate, 29th Court, Dadar to submit his/her report as to whether the said order has been complied or not. The said report to be submitted to this Court on or before 17th April 2025.

Stand over to 22nd April 2025.

Registry as well as the concerned police to communicate the order dated 20th January 2025 as well as today's order to the concerned Magistrate, to enable him to comply with the same.
