By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.78 of 2021 with the Hinjewadi Police Station, Pune.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition since during the pendency of the Petition, the Police have filed the charge-sheet in the said case. Learned 1/2

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open.
