Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has been released on bail vide order dated 31st March 2023 passed by this Court in Interim Application No. 812 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.335 of 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.
