The petitioner is seeking limited relief for the expeditious disposal of CC.No.142/SS/2013, CC.No.428/SS/2013 and CC No.1332/SS/2015, which are pending before 30th Court Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Kurla, Mumbai. Given that these cases have been pending from 2013 and 2015, the petitioner seeks directive to the learned Metroplitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai, to expedite the trial of these cases. 2.

Accordingly, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial of these cases.
