P.C.:- 1) Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the surety amount of Rs.10,000/- submitted by the surety, namely, Shri Namdeo Popat Mali is returned to him on 29th January, 2026. She produced on record a photocopy of the receipt executed by the said surety.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is worked out.
