At the outset, Mr. Sukumar Ghanavat, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that he has filed the Interim Application.

This Court by order dated 1st April 2025 has issued notice to the Petitioner under Rule 9 of the Contempt of Court (Bombay High Court) Rules, 1994. Pursuant to the said notice, the Petitioner is personally present in Court today.

As the contempt notice is already issued, the Petitioner is directed to remain present on each and every date when the Writ Petition as well as the Interim Application, which has been filed by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, will be listed before the Court. 4.

It is made clear that, if the Petitioner fails to remain present then for securing his presence coercive steps will be taken, including issuance of non-bailable arrest warrant. 5.

Stand over to 5th May 2025. To be listed along with the Interim Application.
