17-REVN-15-2024.doc Indian Penal Code, by contending that there is absolutely no material to invoke the said section. It is also submitted that on earlier occasion the Co-ordinate Benches were about to close the matters, however, at the request of learned APP it was adjourned from time to time.

Today, Mr. Yadav, learned APP, seeks a week's time to advance his submission.

In the interest of justice and by way of last chance, stand over to 23rd January, 2025. High on Board.

Interim relief, if any, will continue to operate till the next date.
