REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Having heard learned Counsel for the applicants for some by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2025.01.24 17:34:59 +0530 time and the learned Addl.PP, prima facie, it seems that the material used for construction of the community toilet was of substandard nature.

02-REVN-15-2024.doc Learned Addl.PP submits that she needs time to ascertain whether the said material was forwarded for forensic examination before Forensic Science Laboratory. It is informed that the Investigating Officer is no more and, therefore, the State required some time to ascertain the said fact.

At the request of learned Addl. PP, stand over to 7th February, 2025.

Interim relief, if any, will continue to operate till the next date.
