Heard learned Advocate for the first informant virtually and also his colleague physically. Also heard learned Senior Advocate Shri Mundargi and learned Senior Advocate Shri Thakare for the respective Applicant-accused and learned APP.

So let the first informant be allowed to intervene in these Revision applications i.e. Revision Application No. 29 of 2024 and Revision Application (ST) No. 6 of 2024. Necessary amendment be made by respective Applicants by joining him as Respondent No. 2. Copy of the revisions applications, if not served on him, let it be served on him.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants.

Read the Order dated 29/01/2024 passed in Criminal Revision Application of 29 of 2024. This Court has requested the trial Court to defer the framing of charge till 14/02/2024. It is on account of filing of another revision application by co-accused. Today both are kept for hearing.

Learned Senior Advocate Shri Mundargi and learned Senior Advocate Shri Thakare have apprised me about the matter and what are the allegations against their respective clients. 7.
Learned APP seeks time as the papers are bulky and he wants to take instructions from the investigating officer. 8.
Whereas learned Advocate for the first informant submitted that co-accused, that is accused no. 3 has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and one more co-accused has filed an application for deferring the framing of charge till re-investigation is ordered. However according to him that application is already disposed of and there is no order of deferring of framing of the charge. It is true that 3/4
three accused are behind bar and these two Applicants are on bail. 9.
Let the said arrangements as made on 29/01/2024 be continued till next date. Let the trial Court to defer the framing of charge till next date. On the next date, this Court will hear both the revision applications.

Learned APP seeks two weeks' adjournment. Whereas learned Advocate for the first informant submitted that let matter be kept after 12/03/2024. So matter be kept on 13/03/2024.

The first informant is at liberty to file reply, if required, by serving copy to the other side.
