By order dated 13th March, 2024, this Court directed learned trial Court to defer framing of the charge till next date. Learned Advocate for the First Informant seeks time to comply with the directions given in paragraph No.11, which are as follows: (A) to go through the materials including correspondence alleged to be made by Accused Nos. 4 and 5 to the Authorities and (B) whether it connects to the first informant.

It is but natural that learned APP today cannot take instructions as the concerned officer is not present. He assures to do needful till the next date.
