As directed on 13th March 2024 learned APP submitted that he has taken instructions about the materials collected during the investigation against Accused Nos.4 and 5 who are the present Applicants. Broadly speaking, he classified it in two categories:- (a) Call Details Record (CDR) and (b)Statement recorded of witnesses.

It is true that entire charge-sheet consists of voluminous papers. It is also true that apart from these Applicants, there are also other accused persons. They are not before us. So the Court is supposed to ascertain what are the materials from the charge-sheet against these Applicants, if any.

Learned Senior Advocate Shri Mundargi has tendered compilation consisting of notes of arguments and the relevant papers from the charge-sheet. It is filed before the Sessions Court. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Whereas, learned Senior Advocate Shri Thakare submitted that they have placed on record all the papers comprising of charge-sheet.

Learned Advocate for the first informant submitted that he has already tendered the statements of relevant witnesses and that is reflected in paragraph 7 of the order dated 13th March 2024. 6.
Learned APP assures that he will also file copies of the relevant materials showing involvement of these Applicants. With this exercise, it will assist the Court in going through the relevant materials and it will also save time.

Let learned APP to file that compilation on the next date .
Interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date. 8.
In view of the ensuing June elections, Police machinery will be busy in holding elections. Hence, stand over to 25th June 2024. [S. M. MODAK, J.] 3/3
