DATED :
25th JUNE 2024 Satish Sangar 1/2
9-REVN-29-2024+REVN(ST)-6-2024.doc P. C. :
1.
Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri.Mundargi, learned Senior Advocate Shri.Thakare, learned Advocate Shri.Shukla for the FirstInformant and learned APP. 2.
For some reason or other, the direction given in Para No.2 of the order dated 22nd April 2024 could not be complied on behalf of the Prosecution. The Officer has brought Call Details Report ("CDR"). However, for want of time, learned APP is unable to tender in Court in proper manner. Because, she will have to point out the CDR vis-a-vis individual Accused.
3.
Tomorrow is the election for Graduate Constituency. I am granting a last chance to the prosecution to place CDRs and statement of nodal officers, if any.
4.
Let those papers be supplied to learned Advocate for the Applicants in advance.
5.
In view of that, interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till next date.
6.
Stand over to 4th July 2024.
