Today, he has tendered a certified copy of the charge-sheet obtained from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Belapur. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure-X. Its copy is also served to learned APP. 2.

It is made clear that even if the trial Court will frame charge against the Applicant, it will be subject to an outcome of this Revision. Mean to say, if he succeeds in Revision, then order of framing of charge will be set aside. Liberty is also granted to the Applicant to press for interim relief if after framing of charge, the trial Court intends to record the evidence on behalf of the Prosecution witnesses, provided, necessary copies of roznamas be produced.
