It is true that I have heard learned Advocates for the Applicants and learned Special Public Prosecutor. It is also true that both of them have referred to some of the documents including certain documents which is part of charge-sheet. Entire charge-sheet is not placed on record. But, both sides have relied upon only relevant papers from the charge-sheet. Prior to passing of the order, Court wants to go through all these documents.

Let all the learned Advocates may apprise the Court about the documents which they have relied upon, so that, it can be checked from the Court record. Only for that purpose, matter is kept on 6th May 2024. To be listed as "Part Heard".
