Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submit that the applicant has already paid all the educational expenses for the children. He further submits that towards arrears of maintenance, the applicant shall pay an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- by directly transferring the amount to respondent no. 1's bank account within six weeks from today.

He further submits that by way of adhoc amount towards monthly maintenance the applicant shall pay an amount of Rs.7000/- per by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

904-REVN-389-2024.docx month by directly transferring the amount to respondent no.1's bank account. The statement made on behalf of the applicant is accepted as an undertaking to this court.

Learned counsel for the applicant is also permitted to file affidavit placing on record particulars of the amount already paid by him for the educational expenses alongwith proof of payment. Affidavit to be filed before the next date. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the monthly maintenance of Rs.7000/- shall be paid by the applicant on or before 10th of every month starting from this month. 4.

Subject to compliance with the aforesaid, no coercive action to be taken against the applicant for recovering arrears towards maintenance.

Issue notice to respondent no.1, returnable after eight weeks. In addition to court notice, applicant to serve the respondent no.1. by private service along with copy of this order and file service affidavit before the next date.

Stand over to 11th October 2024.
