Heard learned Advocate Mr. Wagh for the Appellant- first informant. He is injured. Accused were acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge, Solapur on 9th August 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 307, 323, 504 and 506 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. When query is put to him about necessity of leave he submitted that leave is not required i.e. why, I have asked concerned staff. Even they are under assumption that leave is not required.
