Upon an Order being passed on 18.06.2024, Mr. Gavand state that an advertisement was published in the newspaper but despite this very few investors have surfaced. We have already noted that it is almost two decades when the offence was registered and ultimately the amount which is deposited by the accused No.1 is presently with the Economic Offences Wing ("EOW").

We would direct the Police Inspector of EOW, Mumbai, to file an appropriate affidavit reflecting the compliance of our directions dated 18.06.2024, within a period of two weeks from today.

Pursuant to the said affidavit, we would consider passing the appropriate directions.
