The Applicant has challenged the order framing charge passed in Special M.P.I.D. Case No.213 of 2022. 2.

Learned APP submitted that the impugned order is passed by the Special Court under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 ("MPID Act") and, hence, remedy of appeal under Section 11 of the MPID Act is provided to the Applicant.

The submission of learned APP is required to be accepted.

Requisite amendment may be carried out within two weeks from today.
