Learned APP submitted that the impugned order is passed by learned Special MPID Judge, Pune. Hence the Applicant has remedy of preferring an appeal challenging the said order. 2.
Section 11 of MPID Act provides that any person including the Competent Authority if aggrieved by an order of the Designated Court, may appeal to the High Court within sixty days from the date of the order.

Thus the Applicant has to prefer an appeal u/s.11 of MPID Act. 4.
Learned advocate for Applicant submitted that Applicant may be permitted to convert the present revision application into an appeal u/s.11 of MPID Act.
