A praecipe has been fled by the learned counsel for the Appellant for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 22.08.2024.

In Sub-paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 on Page No. 4 of the said order, the following portion be corrected by substituting only the following bold numbers, as under:
"Statements of various witnesses assigning the role to the accused were recorded and in one set of witnesses, there is reference to Accused No. 1 Kiran Vaidya, whereas, there are 9 witnesses who have specifcally referred to Kishor Kondhalkar, 20 witnesses who have given reference of Ghanshyam Kolambe. As far as Shashikant Khamkar is concerned, 31 witnesses, the investors, have taken his name, as to it is on his presentation, they had invested the money. Some 28 witnesses have referred to Sudhir Shivtarkar, and Mr. Gavand, learned APP has placed before us a chart, which is prepared on the basis of the material compiled in the charge-sheet and from this chart it is evident that, each and every accused has been attributed a specifc role by either of the investor or multiple investors, who have invested the money in the scheme."

The order stands corrected accordingly. The praecipe stands disposed off.
