By order dated 30th April 2024 this Court permitted the Applicant to convert the Bail Application into Criminal Appeal u/s.14-A of Atrocities Act. Learned counsel for Applicant failed to convert bail application into Criminal Appeal. He is praying for one week's time to take necessary steps.

One week's time is granted to Applicant to amend bail application. Failure to take necessary steps, the Applicant shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to High Court Legal Services Authority, Mumbai and deposit receipt of payment on record.
