This is an application for cancellation of bail on the ground of perversity and further as no conditions were imposed by the learned trial Court and releasing the respondent no. 2. 2.
In light of the grounds raised for seeking cancellation of bail, I have perused the order and allegations made in the FIR and further the other material. The reasons recorded by the learned trial Court show that the learned trial Court has considered the material available on record and thereupon, the Court has found that the case of the accused no. 4 is fit for grant of bail. varsha

Thus, I am of the opinion that since the ultimate conclusion arrived at by the learned trial Court is just and proper, there is no ground for cancellation of bail.
4.
Furthermore, this Court has granted bail to the co-accused Nos. 2 and 3 which is the additional ground for rejection of the present application.
5.
In the circumstances, I do not find any merit in the present application. Accordingly, it is rejected.
