This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.276 of 2023 registered with the Dahihanda Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicants contention that out of matrimonial dispute entire family has been falsely implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 13.03.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
