This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0459/2022 registered at Police Station Deolgaonraja, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 498, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is a husband who alleges that on the basis of false allegations crime has been registered. It is brought to our notice that family members of applicant have filed Criminal Application (APL) No.263/2023 in which this Court has granted interim protection vide order dated 20.2.2023.

In view of above, issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
