This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.210/2023 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District - Gondia, for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' contention that the husband has filed divorce petition and on the receipt of summons, the wife has filed a report making false allegations.
