This an application seeking to quash F.I.R in Crime No.0080/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' contention that there was a civil dispute going on between the parties. The Civil Court in its interim order dated 28.3.2023 has held that the informant is not in possession. According to the applicants in order to claim possession and support his stand in Civil Court false allegations about abuses has been levelled.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. M.J. Khan, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but
