Learned A.P.P. submits that cognizance has been taken. 3.
That being so, remedy under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India will not be available to the petitioner. The petition, however, has been also filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 ("Code"). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would puruse the cause under Section 482 of the Code.
