Learned A.P.P. submits that cognizance has been taken.

In that view of the matter, remedy under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India will not be available to the petitioners. The petition, however, has been also filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 ("Code"). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would pursue the cause under Section 482 of the Code.
