This is an application seeking to quash Chargesheet No. 175/2018 arising out of Crime No. 815 of 2016, registered with Police Station Hinganghat, District Wardha for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is brought to our notice that similarly co-accused has challenged the Chargesheet by filing Writ Petition No. 560/2023 in which notice is issued.

On the point of maintainability, the petitioner has relied upon the decision of this Court in case of Anant Pandurang Kale Vs. Union of India [2019(1) ABR(CRI)340.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14.11.2024. 6.
Ms. Mehta, the learned APP waives service of notice for respondent/State.
