This is an Application for leave to prefer an Appeal to challenge the judgment of acquittal. The relationship in between the Appellant and the Accused is that of Sahakari Sanstha and Member. It is on the basis of sale of fish by the Complainant.

Learned Advocate is having instructions to appear for Respondent No.1-Accused. The Vakalatnama is already filed in the Office yesterday. I enquired with them whether there is a possibility of Satish Sangar 1/2

In view of that, matter be referred for settlement. Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The parties to appear before the Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay on 23 rd June 2025 at 11.00 a.m. without notice . Suitable Mediator be opted.

(ii) The learned Deputy Registrar, Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay to submit a report before the next date. 4.
