Heard learned counsel for the Applicants.

By this Application, the Applicants are seeking bringing the legal heirs of the deceased-Applicant-Jayshri Arun Dhaygude on record and condonation of delay of 49 days for filing the Application for leave to file Appeal. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

36-IA-2-2024 IN ALP-162-22.doc during pendency of this Application the Applicant is died, hence, requested to bring legal heirs of the Applicant on record. 4.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel the Applicant's are the legal heirs of the deceased-Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 49 days for filing the appeal is condoned.

Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b).

(ii) The Applicant to carry out amendment within one week.

(iii) The Appeal be registered.

(iv) Stand over to 17th June 2025.
