The Interim Application has been taken out seeking condonation of delay of 124 days in filing the Revision Application. 2.

Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Respondents have been served, however, none appears for the Respondents.

Inspite of service, none appears for the Respondents. Even the Reply has not been filed.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Consequently, delay in filing the Revision Application is condoned.
