Though earlier, the Applicant has given a proposal of settlement, learned Advocate for the Respondents submitted Satish Sangar 1/2

15-REVN-108-2023 & Anr.doc that their clients have not received the proposal. There may be some misunderstanding. However, today learned Advocate Shri.Patil for the Applicant has reiterated the proposal. Even, he is ready to go on with the matter. Learned Advocate for the Respondents are even ready to go on with the matter. However, they need to take instructions on the point of proposal of settlement.

In view of this proposal, let the parties be given some time to think over the proposal.
