The total amount of fine is Rs. 6,70,000/-. According to the Complainant, entire amount is not deposited in the Court. An amount of Rs. 6,55,910/- is to be paid to the Complainant by way of compensation. Rest amount of fine is to be appropriated to the Government.

Let learned Advocate for the Applicant to take instructions whether amount of fine is deposited or not. If deposited, let receipt be annexed on the next date.

The issue involved in this revision about procedure followed by trial magistrate. Summary trial is contemplated. There is violation of observations in case of J.V. Baharuni and Anr. Vs. State of Gujarat and Anr.1.

Whereas according to learned Advocate for the Applicant, it does not vitiate the proceedings. He wants to reply upon some judgments. 6.
