Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant in IA No.3130 of 2023 and the Applicant in person in IA No.321 of 2024. 2.

In view of the order passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition to Appeal (C) No(s). 1607-1609 of 2024 dated 13 September 2024, SSP 1/2

1 ia 3130 of 2023.doc making temporary visitation rights arrangement effective till 31 October 2024 only, the learned Counsel for the Applicant in IA No.3130 of 2023, seeks leave to withdraw the application as it has been rendered infructous. 3.

Learned Counsel also invited attention of the Court to an order passed by the Supreme Court dated 6 November 2024 in Review Petition (Civil) Nos.2026-2028 of 2024, whereby the Review Petition preferred by the Respondent-Original Petitioner, also came to be dismissed. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, IA No.3130 of 2023 stands disposed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid orders passed by the Supreme Court, IA No.321 of 2024 taken out by the Applicant in person - Original Petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 30th September 2021 also does not survive and stands disposed.
