The Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai has granted anticipatory bail to present Respondent No. 2 as per the Order dated 02/03/2021. There are certain conditions. One of the condition is to give attendance to the Kandivali Police Station. That by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

20 Ia-901-2024.doc condition was not complied, hence first informant applied for cancellation of the said bail. That prayer was rejected on 17/08/2022, at page no. 72. That is why, the first informant intends to prefer the revision. It is annexed. There is a delay.

Let notice be issued to the Respondent No. 2, returnable on 24 th April 2024.

Additionally, private notice is allowed and service affidavit be filed before the next date.

Matter be kept on 24th April 2024.
