Interim Application Nos. 3395 of 2921, 4786 of 2023, 4799 of 2023 and 1786 of 2024, are not on board. On mentioning, taken on board. 2.

All the parties before us, including the Intervenors and more specifically, all 71 flat owners, now before us, have settled the dispute inter se. Sixty-three flat owners have received possession of their respective flats, while eight flat owners have opted for cancellation by executing cancellation agreements.

The learned Addl.PP has taken instructions from Ms. Kalyani Padole, API, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Pune City, who has addressed a letter dated 7th August, 2025 to the learned Addl.PP. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The learned Addl.PP is instructed to state that, upon due verification by the EOW, not a single person remains aggrieved, and the statements made by the Petitioners, Respondents, and the Intervenors, stand confirmed. He is, therefore, instructed to submit that the First Information Report (FIR) bearing No. 330 of 2019, be quashed and set aside by consent of the parties. 4.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. 5.

The FIR No. 330 of 2019 registered with the Kothrud Police Station and investigated by the EOW, Pune City, stands quashed and set aside.

The pending Interim Applications, if any, would not survive and stand disposed off.
