DATED : 12th AUGUST, 2024 P.C:- IA No. 3066 of 2024, is taken out by respondent no.2 praying for vacation of the order dated 29/11/2019.

We have heard counsel for the applicant (Original respondent no.2) and on perusal of the order dated 29/11/2019, it is evident to us that recording that the dispute is of civil nature and this fact was suppressed and orders under section 156 was obtained. It is in these circumstances notice was issued to respondent and now the respondent has marked appearance. It is high time that the Writ Petition itself deserve to be heard. In the wake of the above, we dispose off the interim application by directing listing of the Writ Petition No.1733 of 2018, before us on 29/08/2024.
